I am Titus K. Mathew, at present working as Professor in the Department of Physics, CUSAT, Kochi. M.Sc and Ph.D are from the Department of Physics, CUSAT. Before joining CUSAT I have worked as Selection Grade Lecture in Physics at various colleges under the Government of Kerala. Current research interest are in Gravity and Cosmology, especially in understanding the recent acceleration of the universe and dark energy. Alternative theories of Gravity is another area of interest.

I have taught both at the graduate and undergraduate levels. In recent years I have taught Gravitation, Cosmology, Astrophysics, Statistical Mechanics, Electrodynamics, Quantum Mechanics, some parts of Mathematical Physics.
